You save your customers’ questions in Custela and it puts them to the assistants for you. You track the answers to the questions you set: we suggest up to 20 for your industry, and you can add your own at any time.

- Questions with and without your brand name are kept apart.
- The “Where you were missing” filter shows where AI left you out.

For questions with your brand name, you see each assistant’s answer word for word. A tag shows whether it praised you, criticized you or doesn’t know you.
- When an assistant admits it doesn’t know you, it doesn’t count as a mention.

- For every answer we work out whether the assistant mentioned you.
- We keep every answer in full, so you can check every number.
What this feature can’t do
- It won’t show exactly what you see when signed in to ChatGPT.
- AI answers vary between measurements, even for the same question.
- It doesn’t measure Copilot, Grok or DeepSeek.
- Alternate brand names, like an abbreviation, can’t be set yet.
- It can’t guarantee more points or a better position in answers.
- If your question list is empty, the fallback questions are in Czech.
- Automatic sorting of questions you add yourself into reviews and buying only understands Czech.

What exactly is the AI score?
The share of answers in which AI mentioned you, on a scale of 0 to 100, with no hidden weighting. Mentions in 16 of 48 answers give a score of 33. Where the assistant ranked you is shown separately.

Regularly measuring how often AI assistants mention you when customers ask about your industry. Custela shows your AI score, the full answers and how things change over time.
How do I check whether ChatGPT or Gemini recommends me?
How much does a measurement cost?
The weekly automatic measurement is included in your plan and uses no credits. A manual measurement costs 1 credit per question for each assistant, or 6 credits for Claude. Google AI Overviews come with Google AI Mode. Starter at 990 Kč/month excl. VAT comes with 250 credits, for example one extra manual measurement of 41 questions. Profi at 1 490 Kč/month excl. VAT comes with 450 credits and adds Claude.
Can I see who AI recommends instead of me?
