For every question, you see who mentioned you
Each row is a customer question, each column an assistant. Open a row to read the full answer.
- Questions with and without your brand name are kept apart.
- The “Where you were missing” filter shows where AI left you out.
- Each answer shows whether the assistant mentioned you last time, too.
Read what AI writes about you
For questions with your brand name, you see each assistant’s answer word for word. A tag shows whether it praised you, criticized you or doesn’t know you.
- When an assistant admits it doesn’t know you, it doesn’t count as a mention.
- We can only tell that AI confused you with another company when a Czech or English answer makes it obvious.

How we measure it
- We send the questions to each assistant through its official API, with web search on.
- Fixed rules, not AI, find the mention and its position in the answer.
- Another AI rates the tone of each answer and, for brand-name questions, whether the assistant knows you.
- We keep every answer in full, so you can check every number.
What this feature can’t do
- It won’t show exactly what you see when signed in to ChatGPT.
- AI answers vary between measurements, even for the same question.
- It doesn’t measure Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek or Google’s AI Overviews.
- Alternate brand names, like an abbreviation, can’t be set yet.
- It can’t guarantee more points or a better position in answers.
- If your question list is empty, we ask four fallback questions in Czech.
- Automatic topic grouping of questions you add yourself (reviews, buying, recommendations) only understands Czech.

What exactly is the AI score?
The share of answers in which AI mentioned you, on a scale of 0 to 100, with no hidden weighting. Mentions in 16 of 48 answers give a score of 33. Where the assistant ranked you is shown separately.
How much does a measurement cost?
Each question costs 1 credit per assistant, or 3 credits for Claude. Starter at 990 Kč/month excl. VAT comes with 250 credits. Profi at 1 490 Kč/month excl. VAT comes with 450 credits and adds Claude.
Can I see who AI recommends instead of me?
Yes. The brands named in the same answers and a comparison with the competitors you track are covered in Who AI recommends instead of you.
Can I get the results by email?
Yes, in a regular report. More in Email reports and alerts.
How is this different from the free check?
