After every measurement you get concrete steps to improve your site
Fixed rules check your site and the answers from ChatGPT and co., then pick what to fix. Every task has step-by-step instructions and tells you how to know it’s done.

Write answers to the 5 most common customer questions into the coffee machines category description, with concrete numbers, not generalities.

From data to tasks
- 1
A measurement runs
You start it yourself or turn on automatic measurement.
- 2
Rules look for what’s missing
They go through assistant answers and your site.
- 3
You get tasks
At most five at a time, the most worthwhile on top.
Every task is a ready-made brief
At the top is what we found, with the number of answers where it applies. Below are the steps in order and how you’ll know it’s done.
- On Shoptet and Upgates, the steps often name the exact spot in the admin.
- Copy, download or email the brief to whoever will do the work.
- If you get stuck, a button opens the assistant with the task attached. A message costs 1 credit.
- Write down the 5 questions you hear most often from customers about this category.
- Answer them in the category description in the Shoptet admin: “Produkty → Kategorie” (Products → Categories), the “Horní popis kategorie” field (top category description).
- Put at least one verifiable detail in every answer.
and 2 more steps
the coffee machines category page has text above the product listing answering 5 questions. One of the next measurements will show whether it appears in the answers.
You know what each task came from
A task appears only when measured answers or your site call for it. We draw no conclusions from a few answers.
- Rules based on assistant answers need a minimum sample. Below it, no task appears.
- Tasks about competitors only appear if you track some.
- Recommendations from a page analysis join your tasks once you have a measurement.
We went through 12 answers to 3 different questions from the coffee machines category and your brand didn’t come up once. Meanwhile, people ask things like: “What’s the best online store for coffee machines?”
At most five tasks at a time
The task most worth doing sits at the top: high impact for little work. The rest wait their turn.
- Finishing, snoozing or dismissing a task frees up a spot for the next one.
- A snoozed task comes back a week later.
- When there’s enough to choose from, you won’t get five tasks of the same kind.

Why are you dismissing this task?
We also check whether AI can reach you
At every measurement we download your robots.txt (the rules file for bots) and your homepage again. What we find becomes a task.
- We distinguish bots that fetch pages live for assistants from bots that collect training data.
- If your site has no structured data about your business (schema.org), you get ready-made code for this machine-readable business card.
- If only part of your site is closed to assistants, the task lists the blocked paths.
Let the assistants’ bots onto your website: in robots.txt, remove the “Disallow: /” ban for OAI-SearchBot, bingbot. It’s a few lines in one file.
none of these bots has a “Disallow: /” line left in kaferio.cz/robots.txt. At the next website check we’ll download the file again.

How we measure it
- Tasks come from AI visibility measurements and page analyses.
- Fixed rules decide whether a task appears and what it says. The task copy is written in advance.
- AI only fills in prepared parts, like Q&A or the business card code.
- Each measurement downloads robots.txt and your homepage again.
- We rank tasks by impact, confidence and how much work they take.
What this feature can’t do
- New tasks appear only after a measurement that finds something.
- It can’t tell whether a specific change worked. Later measurements show how the answers move.
- It doesn’t edit your site: you or whoever gets the brief does.
- It checks AI access only in robots.txt and on your homepage.
- It can’t see the business card in older Shoptet templates, so a needless task may appear.
- It checks for answers on shipping, payment, returns and warranty only on Czech and Slovak sites.

Frequently asked questions
Does AI write the tasks?
No. Fixed rules over your measured data decide whether a task appears and what it says. AI only fills in prepared parts, like Q&A or the business card code.
How much do tasks cost?
A task costs nothing on its own. Credits pay for the measurement it comes from: 1 credit per question for each assistant, 3 for Claude. Sending a brief by email is free, and a message to the assistant costs 1 credit.
How often do new tasks show up?
After a measurement in which the rules find something. You run measurements yourself or turn on automatic measurement: once a month on Starter, and weekly too on Profi and up.
Why didn’t I get new tasks?
The last measurement found nothing, or a rule didn’t have enough answers to go on. A finding you already have as a task, even a snoozed or dismissed one, won’t create a new task. And when 5 tasks are in progress, a new one waits in the “Waiting its turn” group.
Do I get tasks by email too?
Yes, if your email report includes the AI visibility section. Your tasks in progress are there under the heading “This week”, in the same order as in the app. More in Email reports and alerts.
Will Custela write the copy?
The task tells you what to add, where and in what steps. For finished copy, use Ready-made website copy.
