The weekly report goes out every Monday morning, the monthly one on the first Monday of the month. Send it to your account email or to another address.
- On Starter it comes once a month. On Profi and up, it can come every week.
- Put your own logo and heading at the top.
- Drag the sections into any order. The email can be light or dark.

The bell alerts you to important changes
After each measurement, we compare the result with a comparable one. If your AI score drops by at least 10 points or a tracked competitor gains at least 10 percentage points, you’ll see it in the bell in the app.
- A score drop also comes by email when report sending is on.
- Competitor gains show only in the bell, for up to two competitors per measurement.
- The bell also covers finished and skipped measurements, page analyses, speed tests, new tasks, sent reports and credits.
How we measure it
- We use the latest measurement, tasks and speed test.
- Traffic and clicks from Google cover the last 30 days.
- Comparable means the same assistants and number of questions.
- The report flags a measurement that’s 10 or more days old.
- Sections without data are skipped. No data, no email.
What this feature can’t do
- It doesn’t measure. For trends, use regular measurement.
- It can’t hide the Custela brand, and the colors are fixed.
- It goes to one address and always covers one site.
- It doesn’t test site speed. It shows the latest test.
- Alert thresholds are fixed. Competitor drops aren’t flagged.

Frequently asked questions
When will my report arrive?
The weekly report arrives every Monday morning, the monthly one on the first Monday of the month. On Starter it comes monthly, on Profi and up it can also come weekly. Once you add a site, sending is on and the report goes to your account email.
Can I send the report to a client?
Yes, enter their address as the recipient. Put their logo and your own heading at the top. The footer and the button with the Custela name stay in the report.
What if I haven’t connected Google Analytics or Search Console?
The report leaves those sections out and sends the rest. What connecting them gets you is covered in Traffic from Google and AI.
Which alerts come by email?
Just one: an AI score drop of 10 points or more, and only when report sending is on. It goes to the report recipient’s address. You’ll find all the other alerts in the bell in the app.
Do reports or alerts cost credits?
No. Neither reports nor alerts cost credits. Credits pay for the measurements the report draws on.
Can I set up the report through the assistant?
Yes. Write something like “Send me a report every month” and the assistant changes the setting once you confirm. More in Just ask the assistant.
